Roadmap

In general, our roadmap will be flexible in order to respond better to the needs of a market changing as fast as AI and crypto.

Broadly speaking, however, we plan to follow these timelines:

Q1 2024

The first quarter of 2024 will be the launch of $AIOS and bootstrapping the foundation of the project.

We call this the "Initiation" phase.

Our goals in this phase will be to:

• Launch $AIOS and bootstrap liquidity

• Launch our first Imagine (Image Generation) model

• Collect user feedback for fine-tuning

• Launch our second model (to be decided)

Q2 2024

In the second quarter, we'll start accelerating our progress and start building out models at a faster pace. We hope to have onboarded enough users to get pointed feedback.

In addition, we will start onboarding node operators and developers.

We call this the "Creation" phase.

• Release multiple image generation and content creation models

• Onboard developers

• Onboard node operators

• Collect further user feedback for model fine-tuning

Q3-Q4 2024

As we enter the second half of the year, we hope to build a fledgling ecosystem with node operators, developers, and users, all of which is consolidated around the $AIOS token.

We call this the "Acceleration" phase

Our goals during this phase will be:

• Developer APIs

• Models deployed on decentralized nodes

• AI-as-a-service plug and play toolsets with custom pipelines

• Staking and revenue sharing (to be decided)
